NetDragon Recognized as One of '200 Best Small & Medium-sized Enterprises of China' by Forbes China

HONG KONG, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- NetDragon Websoft Inc., a leading game developer and operator in the PRC ("NetDragon", with its subsidiaries collectively the "Group"; stock code: 777), announced that it was recently recognized by Forbes China, the Chinese edition of Forbes magazine, as one of the "200 Best Small & Medium-sized Enterprises of China" for two consecutive years, climbing from 66th place last year to the 10th this year.

In addition, NetDragon is pleased to announce that the Group won five "Golden Phoenix Awards" at the 2008 China Game Industry Annual Conference, including "Top 10 Game Developers in China for 2008", "Award for Overseas Development of Chinese Domestic Games for 2008", "China Game Industry Annual Conference Special Award for 2008" and "China Game Industry Caring Company Award for 2008". Moreover, the Group's major online game -- Eudemons Online was named the "Top 10 Most Popular Domestic Online Games for 2008".

Held on 13th to 15th January 2009 in Qingdao, China, the Game Industry Annual Conference ("Industry Annual Conference") is one of the most influential industry events in Mainland China. The Golden Phoenix Awards presented at the Conference are regarded as the most influential and prestigious in the industry.

Meanwhile, the Group is pleased to announce that it has received three awards in "Tencent Online Game Award List for 2008". Both Eudemons Online and Way of the Five were named "Top Ten Most Popular Online Game for 2008", while its upcoming launch game Tian Yuan was named "Top Ten Most Anticipated Online Game for 2008". Making the fifth edition this year, "Tencent Online Game Award List" is organized by QQ.com and recognized as one of the largest online games voting activities in China.
